Refund policy

At Watch Collectionist, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products

  • Customers must contact us at support@watchcollectionist.com to request return authorization and instructions before returning any item

Product Condition

  • Only new products are eligible for returns and exchanges

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery are not eligible

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us and include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refund processing time is up to 10 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank or payment account

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items returned in used or worn condition

  • Products returned after the 100-day return window

  • Items sent back without prior authorization

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 100-day return window, subject to the following:

  • Items must meet all return eligibility conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order
